Students are involved in countless co-curricular activities which are powerfully positive experiences to prepare the child in a HOLISTIC APPROACH. The following activities are taken up at CMRIS, SURARAM which is one of the Top Schools in Hyderabad.
The sports facilities at CMR INTERNATIONAL School – SURARAM, the top school in QUTHUBULLAPUR MANDAL, include Sandpits, Tennis Courts, Football and Cricket fields, Outdoor and Indoor Basketball Courts, Skating Rink, and Taekwondo.
Skating :
Under the careful supervision of the experienced Rink masters, the students practice skating.
Vocal Music :
The music rooms at our school are equipped with various musical instruments. Students are encouraged to play, compose, and perform within the school and also at inter-school events.
Dramatics :
Drama is an important method of developing confidence, self-belief, and also exploring issues. Our school is equipped with a drama studio with complete professional lighting and sound system.
Art & Craft :
To meet the requirements of the artistic zeal of the young creators, painters, and craftsmen, our school building has a spacious Art & Craft work station. Being the Top School in Hyderabad, the children at CMRIS, SURARAM, are encouraged to create their colorful interpretations under the guidance of well-experienced crafts teachers. The children are encouraged to participate in many fun-filled activities like cutting and pasting, drawing and coloring. The crafts work done by children is displayed in a specially-designed display window to make sure that the children feel appreciated for their efforts and the encouraging spirit.
Dance:
Our curriculum includes activities like music and dance. Under the supervision and supportive guidance of talented teachers, the students can nourish the talent in the field of dance and music. The dance studio at our school is well furnished with wooden flooring and mirrors and also respect to the selection of Indian classical, a traditional dance.
Excursions / Filed trips :
Students of preprimary onwards will be involved in field trips and excursions which gives them an experiential learning by scheduling to visit historical sites and to go on treks and camping. These trips make the students to learn more which can be a form of field study and is also a part of their curriculum.
Taekwondo :
Self-defense techniques are taught by professional Karate masters.
ICT :
The Program is activity-based learning, where the students can learn the subject in a practical way, which is already taught in the class. It aligns with the school curriculum and integrates into existing school calendars and academics.
